Nathaniel is the Rahel Varnhagen Professor of International Affairs, Law, and Modern Culture at Brown University. He also teaches kabbalah in a wide range of settings in NYC. He is currently completing a book, entitled, The 'Other Side' of Kabbalah: Divine and Demonic in the Zohar and Kabbalistic Tradition. Nathaniel holds a law degree from Harvard and a doctorate in Jewish Studies from University College London.
